拉伸吹塑成型

Q1 : 何謂PET/PP二段成型法基本原理?

(1) 首先射出成型加工製出瓶胚,這是將熔膠射入模穴,然後迅速冷卻,使瓶胚溫度低於結晶溫度的範圍,製成透明的瓶胚。
(2) 再將冷卻後的瓶胚以拉伸吹塑成型機加熱,並於中空模具內延伸吹氣成型。 由於此法經過射出機及拉吹機的二次加工,因此稱為「二段成型法」。而且此法是在瓶胚冷卻後再進行加熱延伸吹氣,因此又稱為「冷瓶胚法」。

拉伸吹塑主要用於成型0.2~25L,形狀為圓形或方形的容器,例如飲料瓶、水瓶、食用油瓶。這些產品在市場用量很大,因此要求設備的生產效率高、可靠性好。拉伸吹塑成型採用的原料主要為PET、PP。
