CMSQ1 PET all electric stretch blow molding machines are suited for 3 gallon to 5 gallon water bottles.
Features :
Feeding System
  • Orientation and delivery of preform is in an orderly fashion to the machine.
  • Multiple protection devices for ensuring preform feeding and ejecting unqualified performs.
Transmission System
  • Timing belt drives mandrels rotation and revolution.
  • The orbit leads mandrels forward direction.
Transfer System
  • Using servo motor control makes speed-up, positions accuractely.
  • Slider block and timing belt cooperation increases efficiency and low nise.
Stretch Blowing and Clamping System
  • Servo driving synchronizes clamping and base mold.
  • Stretch by linear gear operating.
Pressure / Blowing System
  • Quick and precise blowing valves, high pressure pipes, exhausts meet the high-demanding production.
Control System
  • HMI with PLC. All actions of the machine can be seen on the screen. The system diagnoses and displays the problems on the screen to make trouble shooting easier.
